wow... hi!

so what's been new with me over the last two years?

i graduated from college in June 2008. Spent the last year doing Katimavik (katimavik.org). Planning on going back to school in Community Health Services working with people with developmental disabilities. i worked in a day program for that in BC and loved it!!

i have another nephew and a godson! travelled all over Canada. learned a lot of French.

am currently learning Spanish (online and through books&cds). don't draw so much, but started learning guitar in January, gifted with a banjo, slowly collecting various instruments! i'm focused more on singing and music and seeing where that takes me.

ATM: have a cold. can't sing

. working at the library (3rd internship!). planning visits to Halifax and Calgary this summer.

Nice work. You should come to the Khyber Komix Jam at the Khyber Arts Centre on Barrington street in Halifax. An ever changing roster of cartoonists get together and draw collaborative comics (someone draws the first panel, someone draws the next, etc.) its fun, easy and a great exercise. We meet every second Tuesday of the month 7pm-1am people come and go as they please. The next one is June 12th. hope to see you there
